Origin: All orders are shipped from Israel.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, WhatsApp, or both.

Shipping Cost: Free worldwide shipping is included with every order.
Please note: While we ship globally, we do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions or hostile to the State of Israel (including, but not limited to, Iran and North Korea).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your ring, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Each case is reviewed personally — we believe in fairness and trust.
